I have to say that eSellerate has become by far my favorite on-line eSeller. I've been using eSellerate now for almost three years and it is the easiest to setup and use that I've seen. eSellerate has so many features to give you that extra edge in selling your software, such as Cross Selling of other products, Coupons to give discounts, Affiliate sales and management, and even making payments directly to your affiliates and others, such as developers who may get a share in the proceeds. Their reports allow you to keep your finger on the pulse of your sales. I've used this to know which ads we've used and promotions are giving us the best return for our time involved. eSellerate even hosts our download files and creates the registration codes for our sales.

I have to honestly say that eSellerate has made our on-line sales a pleasure and increased our profits tremendously with all of the tools they offer.

You offer the most advance features (like coupons, cross-selling, nice affiliating scheme, integrated sellers, good web site and reports, etc). Since joining eSellerate my sales have gone up, I'm "feeling" my business much more, and getting nice feedback. Support have been simply superb (thank you Robert!).

I'm extremely happy with eSellerate, and not even thinking about switching partners right now. I like most the personal thing about eSellerate - I feel like you really care about my business and about me, it's beyond business partnership. When the time came for us to release The Ultimate Troubleshooter, we completely forgot about our criteria and went for price only - after all, there is something attractive about retaining as much as possible of the selling price of your own software! So we compared the top 20 software selling partner companies, homed in on the cheapest 4, and eSellerate were not in that list. We pared the 4 down to 2 and signed up with them after reading all the legal stuff. Then we discovered the difficult part! Setting up our shop was so complex and with such un-user friendly documentation, we did not persevere past the first two hours. We had just been reminded in an unforgettable manner of our core criteria: user friendliness.

So we looked again. The first company we tried in this second survey were eSellerate. Well, once in a while there are times when one comes across a solution and knows instantly there won't be anything better. This is what happened with us when we tried eSellerate: the layout of the website, the ability to thoroughly test run anything before you make it LIVE, the quality and promptness of the support at all times of the day and week, the willingness to go that mile further to implement new features, the range of features, and what we should never have lost sight of, the user friendliness throughout the whole process, were overwhelming. Sometimes you know you've made the right decision and that you will never regret it - paying for the quality of eSellerate, rather than get a marginally cheaper service elsewhere, was one of those decisions for us.
