MindVision/eSellerate Announces Changes To Executive Management
(LINCOLN, NE - USA) MindVision/eSellerate today announced that Steve Kiene will be retiring from his dual role of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technical Officer for the companies, effective August 13. Current Chief Operating Officer, Steve West, will move into the position of CEO and Lead Engineer, Doug Durham, to the position of CTO.
Steve West has been with eSellerate since 1997 and has held the position of Chief Operating Officer since 2000 where he was responsible for the organizational structure and daily operations of all departments within the company. With his promotion to CEO, West will be in charge of defining the overall direction of the company and continued daily leadership of the management teams. West replaces former CEO Steve Kiene who stepped down after 17 years at the helm of the company. Kiene will remain Chairman of the Board for eSellerate and will continue to maintain his ownership position in the company.
Doug Durham has been with the company since 1999 as the Director of Engineering, leading the engineering team with the development of eSellerate’s e-commerce system. As CTO, Durham will be responsible for developing the long term technical strategies of the company. Durham replaces Steve Kiene who previously held the dual role of CEO and CTO.

I look forward to my new role as Chairman of the Board of eSellerate and will continue to assist the company in its mission. I am extremely pleased with the leadership of both Steve and Doug and know that I am leaving the company in good hands."
