We’ve given our customer-facing e-mails a whole new look. To improve the e-mails that we send to purchasers for things like order confirmations and subscription renewals, we’ve redesigned them in HTML for a more polished appearance.
The redesigned e-mails are:
You can view detailed samples of the redesigned e-mails from within your publisher account. Links for previewing the Order Confirmation and Order Fulfillment e-mails are available on the Receipt Information page. To view samples of the subscription e-mails, use the links provided on the E-mails sub-tab of the Subscription Detail page.
Your customers will start receiving the new HTML e-mails right away. Customers who have set preferences for plain text only will continue to receive their e-mails in that format. The plain-text versions are similar to what customers received prior to this redesign.
